Airtable operations consulting
I design Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations for businesses that manage freelancers, vendors, and projects. Task tracking, approvals, quality checks, and payments, turned into one system that runs itself and connects to the tools you already use.
Currently running Airtable operations across multiple projects at Mercor
Live demo · sample data
This is a working sample of what I build: one base that tracks your freelancers and vendors, filters by status, samples work for a quality review, and calculates payments. Every name and number below is sample data.
| Contributor | Category | Tasks | Hrs/task | Status | Payment |
|---|
Want this wired to your real data, with automations that update payments and flag quality misses on their own? That is the build.
What I build
Most teams outgrow their spreadsheet before they outgrow the work. I build the system that scales with you.
Engagements
Every project starts with a short scoping call, so the price always matches the work. No surprises.
Advisory & audits
Audit your current setup, unblock a specific problem, or guide your team. Billed hourly, ideal for focused help.
Project build
A fixed-scope build: base design, interfaces, automations, and handoff. Quoted per project once we scope it together.
Ongoing operations
Continuous support, new automations, and dashboard changes as your operation grows. Custom monthly rate.
How we work
Every engagement follows the same five steps, so you always know where the project stands.
About
At Mercor, I build and run the Airtable systems behind multiple large projects, supporting more than 2,000 domain experts. Dashboards that track thousands of tasks a week, automated quality-control sampling, payment pipelines, and the formulas that keep all of it correct.
Airtable is where I work every day, and I connect it to the tools around it, data warehouses like Snowflake, custom web dashboards, and Slack, whenever the job calls for more than one platform can do alone.
